Series

Series maps a path <x y z> that begins with a positive integer x followed by two signed integers, y and z, to a path that begins with a sequence of z integers whose first element is x and whose increment is y. Series fails if the first three elements of the path are not as described.

    Series:<0 1 5> = 0 1 2 3 4.
    Series:<1 1 5> = 1 2 3 4 5.
    Series:<1 2 5> = 1 3 5 7 9.
    Series:<1 2 3> = 1 3 5.
    Series:<1 2 3 4> = 1 3 5 4.
    Series:<1 2 3 four> = 1 3 5 four.
    Series:<1 0 10> = 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1.
